Hi,
Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear that you had to return your order. I have looked into this further for you, our returns team ensured that the refund was issued back to you as soon as the item was received into our warehouse. Due to delays with the courier returning the product back to us, this delayed the refund taking place as our returns team had to wait until the item was received back to issue this.
