Term of Use

Theses terms govern the service of the following Product Scanner apps: Apple App Store Product Scanner is provided by GY Company to the user. By using Product Scanner, the User confirms to have read and understood these terms and agrees to them.

Basic Terms

Product Scanner is made available to the User free of charge. However, some features of Product Scanner may only be available via subscription or purchase with costs. In order to use all features of Product Scanner, access to the Internet may be necessary.

Product Scanner is partially provided via App Stores and their associated infrastructure. The User shall use such App Stores independent from Product Scanner and the respective Terms of Use shall apply.

Product Scanner shall endeavor to ensure high availability and reliability of Product Scanner ("best effort"). However, Product Scanner can expressly not guarantee that Product Scanner or individual features of Product Scanner are continuously, at any time and/or fully available. Product Scanner recommends the User to perform a regular data backup of his/her smartphone including Product Scanner.

Limitation of Liability

Subject to mandatory legal provisions, Product Scanner shall not assume any liability for direct or indirect damage caused by the use of Product Scanner or in connection with Product Scanner.

General Terms

Product Scanner may change these terms of use at any time. The User will be informed about such changes in a suitable manner. The User may discontinue the use of Product Scanner at any time. By continuing the use of Product Scanner after changes of these terms of use have been notified, the User shall expressly consent to such changes.
