They have a small museum inside, but you can't really evoke much of the tower itself
Completed in 1924 and once home to the long-gone Miami News; during the 1960s offices at the Miami Freedom Tower processed requests for political asylum during the first wave of Cuban immigration.
The Miami Freedom Tower is considered the Ellis Island of the south. It is where where Cuban refugees were processed and helped after fleeing communism and oppression in Cuba in the 1960s. Read more.

This place is amazing. They have a spectacular collection of fossils, taxidermy, dinosaur bones and eggs, insects and unique furniture. It's a must see. Friendly and welcoming management too.

Some of the most impressive contemporary art in the world – Koons, Prince, Warhol, Sherman. The exhibits change regularly and if you covet fine art, it’s a must see.
