Awesome General Tso for when you can't help yourself...- Amazing authentic Chinese food with an amazing variety of dishes to choose from . They have a huge lunch menu with great specials . The wonton soup with duck is one of my favorites .

Come with an appetite (huge portions!). If you're looking to save some money, come for $7.00 lunch Monday-Friday!
The noodle soup is by far the best item here. Get the Roast Pork Noodle soup and add Shrimp Dumplings and Chinese Broccoli. You'll be glad you did.
ISC ChicagoNovember 8, 2018Wonton noodle soup: It was highly recommended but the wonton wrapper was really doughy, noodle too soggy, and both wontons and broth were flavorless. Potstickers were also extremely doughy.
- Avoid the weekend lunch menu. I sent my plate back. If you come for lunch on the weekends, order from the menu.
tcatSeptember 22, 2023Has been my goto since 1987. I was hugely disappointed today with everything. The price has tripled since pre pandemic, the broth has gone to hell and no ducks, chickens or pork hung. Sad...

The best Chinese restaurant in Chinatown - bar none. The moo shu pork is among the best I've had.
