I'm almost a carnivore, and I loved the fried tofu (with plenty of housemade chili oil). Friendly staff. I will definitely visit again in the future.

Zero-BS and near-zero atmosphere keep the focus on great no-nonsense non-tourist Chinese. Ideal for late night dining. Adjacent to Chinatown buses to NYC and Philadelphia, so carry-on.

The noodle soup is by far the best item here. Get the Roast Pork Noodle soup and add Shrimp Dumplings and Chinese Broccoli. You'll be glad you did.

Wonton noodle soup: It was highly recommended but the wonton wrapper was really doughy, noodle too soggy, and both wontons and broth were flavorless. Potstickers were also extremely doughy.

Pork Egg Rolls are the size of Texas Burritos. Kung Pao Chicken was good but a little heavy on the peanuts and not on the chicken. Sesame Chicken good as well.
