- Matt DurrOctober 24, 2011Continental breakfast -$13, full breakfast buffet-$20. Parking-$20/day valet, $8-12/day in garage (looong walk back to hotel), and nearby metered parking under an overpass, next to the prison (!).
- My CheckInFebruary 12, 2015Parking: There’s meters around, a parking garage ($), and valet parking ($22/night). Internet: its $10 for 24hrs unless you’re a Preferred Guest (applies to both wireless and hardwired).
- Matt MorganJuly 13, 2017Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff was exceptional. Rooms lack basic outlets for charging every day gadgets. Restaurant was ok. Would do it again. Great airport shuttle service too.
- The valet are exceptionally fast and polite. Just make sure you have a credit card on the room; otherwise, getting your car will take longer since they require a receipt from the front desk.
- crystal gavinMarch 1, 2017Didn't have a bad stay. Went during an embroidery convention so the room had no fridge. Beautiful place though! In walking distance from everything!
- Alice LinDecember 2, 2012Park at one of the meters under the overpass if you come in after 6pm and plan to leave before 8am to save the parking fee of $20!
- Ashley WhiteMay 15, 201220 a day valet parking or 12 a day unlimited exit/entry self parking a day or 8 a day paid to parking deck to leave and come back in 1* daily kinda run down ugh
- ⚜ Nimesh Patel ⚜December 29, 2013Awesome location!! The people are very helpful and warm welcoming to us. Love it
- Aundrea WilliamsJuly 29, 2017best shower. the rep we had was unfriendly. She never smiled. She had straight hair and wore a headband. Not a good example of southern hospitality.had people visiting from all over the world.
- Shane MartinNovember 12, 2019Labyrinth of escalators to your room. Self Park is a trek. Shower Pressure was lackluster
- Iris HarperOctober 8, 2011The specials were so good last night we're trying them again at The Atrium Restaurant.
- Slater ThorpeOctober 6, 2011Park under the overpass next to the hotel (left out of front door). Much cheaper than the parking deck.
- Max FerreiraJanuary 15, 2013This place is a dump. I'm platinum SPG and they put me right next to the elevator. Amazing hotel (sarcasm)
- No wifi.. No breakfast...no restaurants or stores anywhere in walking distance. Room service is outrageously overpriced. Plus side- it's connected to the convention center and a free airport shuttle
- Naheed C.November 19, 2010Cabs R not easy 2 catch from here. U have 2 have the concierge call 1 so put aside extra travel time for this. There R NO restaurants anywhere close by & I wouldn't rec. walking around after dark.
- Vincent LocascioAugust 4, 2011The pool and hot tub are being renovated so they give you frickin' passes to the YMCA
- Daniel NearMay 10, 2013On the plus side, the $3 bottled water is only moderately overpriced, and they give you one smaller Bottle free. This is a premium hotel, so they charge you for everything
- Crystal McKinneyMay 6, 2012No wifi unless you're in a common area. The Ethernet in your room costs at least $9. Free wifi should be de rigeur at this point.
- To everyone who left a tip about no wifi, there is now wifi in the rooms and lobby.
- Elliott IveyMay 17, 2012The valet parking leaves much to be desired. I've paid $20 a day to have to wait for my vehicle!
- Yvonne JacksonFebruary 22, 2013This hotel is a hot mess! I don't care how many restaurants they have, there should be a microwave and refrigerator in ALL rooms. Wasn't even a coffee pot in the room!!! Highly disappointed! :-(
- Shannan NewsomeAugust 2, 2013Horrible - noisiest place I ever stayed . I heard 3 different people's wake up calls from mine. Tiny bathroom and heard the elevator every time it moved. Try some place else.
- Marcia MillarJuly 11, 2010Parking at the hotel is $20/day or you have the option to self-park in near by lots.
- Quick elevators, little to no waiting the whole week I have been here.
- Dale WilsonAugust 9, 2011No car? Take Dart to 5-points for better food options. A whole quarter gets you there.
- Kimberly WhiteJuly 10, 2011No wifi..and the pool was closed in the middle of summer...the bar and grill really didn't have food a bar and grill should...
- No WiFi in rooms only in lobby. Ethernet is expensive. Beds are so comfy!
- Slow wifi, but even if it wasn't, the rooms are pretty bland.
- Mason KellerApril 15, 2011It's very nice but pricy. It is kind of a rip for the Money and no wifi is a negative.
- Vrinda JohnsonAugust 22, 2011This place really blows. Can't for the life of me figure out why we keep staying here. Dump!
- Marco KOctober 17, 2011No Wifi in the rooms. 1 visible outlet in my room for charging technology or using a laptop. What year is this?! Feels like a 2 star hotel. Avoid.
- I3 I2 /\ [)April 3, 2011What's up with no wifi in the rooms?!? Get up to date already, ethernet is sooo out dated.
- YakJune 3, 2010Quite possibly the worst Sheraton I've ever stayed at. If you need a Starwood property try the Aloft Homewood.
