Too big for their britches...went to the smaller Perimeter store and not only got the help i needed, but they were MUCH more friendly. These guys were into new sales, not existing customer help.
Once again, nonsensical policy requires ridiculous amounts of "understanding" from their customers. I.hate.you.Apple.Customer.Service.
Brent FielderAugust 26, 2010Don't be late for you genius bar apt (even for traffic). I was 7 min late and so they canceled and put me on standby- here I wait over 1 hour later.. I called to tell them I would be late too. Oh well

James HyslopOctober 25, 2013Waited an hour past my genius appt to be seen, only to be told I had to buy a new iphone5 because I'm 35 days out of warranty and they don't have any refurbs. At $279. No thank you. Waste of time.
This store is horrible. It takes 10 days to replace a bad hard drive in an iMac under AppleCare.
