- All-Paris-Apartments.comOctober 23, 2012The view from the top of Notre Dame is breathtaking, and definitely worth the 402 steps it takes to get there (no elevators)! Make sure to check out the gargoyles and make the most of the free entry!Upvoted 6 days ago
- LufthansaAugust 1, 2014Of all famous Parisian landmarks, the Notre Dame Cathedral is the oldest. After a long construction period, this Gothic masterpiece was completed in 1345. But it is still as popular as ever!Upvoted 4 weeks ago
- Artyom FedosovJuly 27, 2016Long long queues, but worth waiting. Free entrance, both exterior and interior are superb. Must see in Paris.Upvoted 6 days ago

- Kalle RJuly 20, 2018Don’t be scared of the huge line, it moves fast since it’s free entrance. Gets pretty crowded though, so consider visiting at less busy hours.
- Olcay Dogukan AydınOctober 7, 2017I have seen many cathedrals in Europe and Notre Dame is not in my top 5 list. It is going to be an insult if you compare it with Kölner Dome, Duomo of Milano, Duomo of Firenze or York Minster!!
- Following the devastating fire on April 15th 2019, the cathedral is closed. Only 4 organisations are sanctioned to collect donations for its reconstruction https://www.gouvernement.fr/rebatirnotredame
- Charming and definitely one of the most important places to visit in Paris. Go during the afternoon so that you can enjoy a wine and some cheese by the Seine river afterwards.
- One of my favorite spots in town. The bells, when they ring, can make you feel like Quasimodo. Lots of restaurants right next door in the Latin Quarter, and a few quite cafés behind the cathedral.
- Andrew O BC 翁June 13, 2016Look out for the brass star in front of the cathedral, that's the exactly the centre point of Paris
