The garlic bread is beyond this world!!! It's a MUST! 馃槏馃槏 Try the Rib-Eye with baked potato and, sparragus with parmesan. You will ask for a waiter to roll you to the exit hahaha but will worth it!
If you like buffets, brunch is amazing. Everything from eggs Benedict & omelets to ahi tuna to crispyfried chicken & mashed potatoes. The booths are nice but hard to get in & out of for seconds.
Garlic bread is to die for. I like to get the Prime Rib quickly seared on both sides. Their Boston Cream Cake is nice. A slight variation on Boston CremePie. Best service around. Specials weekdays
Haven't had an opportunity to have a supper here yet, just participated in TV series filming, however the place looks so fabulously vintage. Definitely gonna be back for a date with my husband 馃槏
Remember this place is about cheese bread and Hollywood history. If you're here cause you want a five star dining experience you're at the wrong place But the food is good and old Hollywood is here
The vibe, not the food, is the reason to go to Smoke House. The dark interior & deep burgundybooths harken back to old Hollywood. Happy hour til 7 on weekdays but arrive by 5:30 if you want a seat.
Ok so every one I know said "you have to try the garlic bread" I couldn't imagine it was really that good until I tried it. Never had anything like it and couldn't stop eating it.
This place is a sleeper. Driven by hundreds of times but only just recently went in. Open face stake sandwiches are insane and the decor is pure old school Hollywood. Will definitely return.
Prime rib special on Monday. Bacon wrapped filet special on Thursday. 1/2 price bottles of wine both days. Add the garlic cheese bread and good friends and you've got a great combo!
You can get the bread to go, either "cooked & cut" or uncooked. I highly recommend it for spaghetti nights! Oh & yes, the secret IS that it's powdered Kraft cheese... and we love it!!
My absolute favorite restaurant. Garlic cheese bread is RIDICULOUS, and the rack of lamb is to die for. Old fashioned, great bar, and a George Clooneybooth!
One of the better steaks (they actually serve ribeyes) I've had in the LA area. Perfectly crunch on the outside and medium rare inside. Decently priced. My wine, however, was pretty horrible.
Garlic cheese bread is high addictive! Prime rib specials on Monday night and Bacon wrapped Filet Mignon specials on Thursday nights. This place has the old school Hollywood style!
Amazing place for brunch but save up beforehand, it's pretty pricey. But the food is incredible and bottomless mimosas and the staff is fantastic. Read more
Good food, but very slow service. 15 minutes after they brought our to-go boxes and we said no to dessert, we were still waiting for our check. Also, the dim lighting makes it hard to read the menu.
