- Melinda JacksonJuly 14, 2015Absolutely obsessed with this place. The coffee is wonderful. Grab the "Walk Of Shame" breakfast burrito. Also if there is a wait, sit at the bar close to the kitchen.Upvoted 4 weeks ago
- CollegeFashionistaJanuary 14, 2014Ted's Bulletin has a vintage corner bar featuring several "Adult" Milkshakes, and an array of delicious, gourmet food options. My personal fave: Their HOMEMADE pop tarts and twix bars! So delicious!
- Sara McAuliffeSeptember 11, 2014Had the croissant which was light and buttery. You can watch the bakers in action while you wait for a to go order. Also one of the most beautiful espresso machines I've seen- hammered copper.
- G McBDecember 22, 2013Adult Milkshakes are delissssh! Try the Dirty Girl Scout. Staff very friendly, accommodating. They play movies on a large screen!! Saw parts of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and A Xmas Story. ❤️❤️❤️
- Maddie LippincottAugust 3, 2018AMAZING place. Great service. Huge portions so splitting is a good (and cheap) way to get a good meal. You'll be doing yourself a disservice if you don't get a Ted Tart.
- The kindest people work here. So friendly, and the food is fantastic! I want to try everything on the menu. Peanut butter bacon pop tarts, and boozy milkshakes. Need I say more?
- Huge menu and I've never had a bad meal. Peanut butter bacon burger is my favorite but the breakfast items like chicken and biscuits are also top notch.
- Adam SigelFebruary 28, 2017Get one of the homemade pop-tarts or a donut while you wait. The tomato soup is a longstanding family recipe and perfect with a grilled cheese on a cold day. Tasty and unpretentious.
- NicholasAugust 21, 2017Good breakfast-for-one at the counter. Sit at the front counter for natural light and a quieter experience. Pickup a pop-tart to-go and grab a drink to wash it down from a nearby coffee shop.
- Lenny GalloJuly 15, 2019A lot of fun dishes that all look good as they were passing by. The biscuits and gravy was excellent. The Tarts, which everyone seems to come here for, we’re just okay and can be skipped.
- Julie HeinzAugust 29, 2013Cool atmosphere. I got the salmon special and it was really good. My friend got the Arizona chicken which was good as well. Good service - good experience.
- Rebecca GishkarianyOctober 14, 2014Get the house smoked salmon on the cedar plank. The side of Brussel sprouts and the mash and gravy are awesome. End with the 4 later carrot cake & white russian adult milkshake with oreo YUM.
- Bitches Who BrunchJanuary 12, 2014The Bitches Say: A. Get to Ted's Bulletin early for a table, and try not to overdose on sugary treats before diving into brunch. Awarded with the Best Fat Kid Brunch and Best Pastries awards for 2013!
- Reony TonneyckFebruary 10, 2017One of our favorite places for lunch, be warned though, go earlier or you'll be waiting a while to get seated. This location is bigger than Eastern Market at least, so probably not as long as there.
- Matt H.May 14, 2016Everything is out of this world. Service is top notch. Reuben sandwich and banana foster shake was to die for!
- Sit at one of the two counters! The bartenders behind the counters are incredibly friendly and chatty. Plus, you can get seated and have food in front of your face much quicker.
- Patrick ZornowAugust 21, 2013The wait was far less than expected for a newly opened joint! The host staff kept us informed the entire time. Service was friendly and fairly quick. Food is just as delicious as Capitol Hill.
- Dan NettellAugust 13, 2015Oh man, the homemade poptart treat is amazing. All the food is really, really good! Coffee could be better but this place is a WIN overall!
- Yum! Noisy but still fun. Excellent lamb burger. Highly recommended. They allow substitutions like salad for fries. Avacado vinaigrette dressing is superb. Donut? Ummm.
- Derek GaskinsMay 26, 2017One of the best family restaurants in DC. The adult milkshakes and homemade pop tarts alone are worth the trip!
- Terence BeebeMarch 5, 2016Best place for the best food, friendly staff. When you are done eating you will immediately call your friends and family telling them they need to eat here.
- David DerrickAugust 11, 2014My hands down favorite burger in Washington, DC is 'Drew's peanut butter bacon burger'. Not to be missed!
- Zach HedrickAugust 30, 2016Love the theme at Ted's. Perfect atmosphere, great food! Shakes are fantastic as well! (Try the s'more)
- Nick MoloneyOctober 18, 2015The peanut butter burger, blue cheese bacon Brussel sprouts and mac and cheese were amazing. Honestly underwhelmed by the pop tarts though
- Really great baked goods. The pop tarts are delicious. The key lime cookie was good. And the donuts were a winner with my son.
- The pop tarts are fun, but I was a little disappointed. My main entree, however, was amazing. The entire space is gorgeous too. Just be prepared to wait for that table.
- JessicaNovember 6, 2014I am so sad they got rid of the Bipartisan combo (half sandwich/salad/or soup). Obviously a sign of the end of bipartisanship in general.
- Andres AlmeidaAugust 29, 2013Picky eater? Know what you like? The menu is very flexible so take advantage. I like the atmosphere here better than the one in the Cap Hill location.
- Laura G AdamsJune 13, 2015Really fun place with delicious breakfasts and baked goods. They have pop tarts and snowballs made from scratch.
- NaniMay 29, 2015Pro tip: get the chicken and biscuits, but swap the home potatoes for corned beef. Best breakfast I've ever had!!
- Katie HatfieldAugust 30, 2013If there's ever a line (and there certainly will be for quite sometime, I imagine), try to sit at the bar. Full menu and quick service. Perfect meal.
- Joe BramhallJuly 11, 2016Big Mark Breakfast was top notch, grilled cheese and tomato soup are famous for a reason! Love this place.
- Bernard MFebruary 7, 2015I love everything about this place. Great service as well as food. My favorite thing is the homemade corned beef!!
- Alyssa ZhuJanuary 11, 2016The TUBS sammie for brunch is an amazing option if you want a filling meal. Milkshakes are a must for dessert!
- Brett WallaceSeptember 17, 2013Great burgers, including the veggie one! Save room for a huge milkshake at the end. Preferably an extremely chocolate one. The PB&J shake was just ok.
- Clara SanchezApril 1, 2014Great spot for anything from milkshakes to cocktails... Go for the Popeye burger or anything from the all-day breakfast menu
- Went for breakfast on a super healthy diet, they were incredibly accommodating. That said, the pop tarts are a must.
- What's not to love about Ted's? The homemade pop tarts, the adult the milkshakes, the breakfast platters? All delicious.
- Joseph, the bartender, will take excellent care of you. This gentleman knows his food and the DC food scene. Go with his recos.
- Their milkshakes are going to kill me. Haven't eaten something I haven't liked yet. Another great place for comfort food. Brown sugar poptarts 😘👌
- StephenOctober 26, 2016Great breakfast (available all day) Great service from host to waiter. Will continue to return! A++
- Daniel GraysonNovember 27, 2016The chicken and biscuits were solid, but the breakfast burrito was effing awesome. That sausage kicks the whole thing up a notch.
- Katarina KatsmaJune 22, 2015Love this place. Fantastic 20's vibe and the milkshakes are a must have. Kind of sugary, so watch out.
- Matt FitzpatrickMarch 1, 2014Please do yourself a favor and get the Cinnamon Roll as big as your head and split it with the table. You won't regret it
- Dan HarrisonFebruary 16, 2014The cinnamon bun is delicious but more like the size of an infant's head than mine. I'd order it over the pop tarts, which are a bit over-hyped.
- Denis FigueroaJuly 3, 2017Awesome milkshakes! Great place to start the day! Ask for jons omelet! A little expensive, but goodie
- natalie kayApril 18, 2016Obviously get a pop tart (even if it is to-go) Pleased with their chicken and biscuits.
