If you want a good night's sleep, don't get a room on the 11th floor. It's right under the Whisky Club with disco and dance floor. It's 2:30am.

Let the company handle the dime and you'll be happy. Bar, pool, and gym are nice. Room is comfy, Internet is slow and costs :(. Service is fast and wonderful but you pay a premium.

Left cell phone battery case n room, & they don't let u n after u check out. Vernon Sarumi n security personally went to room, found my item & hand delivered to me at breakfast place across st.

They charge an arm and a leg for parking...$32 a day plus tax and tip. It's your only option around the area. As all W hotels, beautifully decorated.

So the room is fine and the staff is great my complaint is minor....there isn’t an alarm clock or working clock in the room.

This is the type of hotel where there's a hefty surcharge for everything. Not my view of hospitality.

Shades are transparent, beds have no comforters or blankets, bathrooms are small with no water pressure, and heater smells like wet socks.
