- David M.November 21, 2015Beautiful untouched beach, some tourists and some locals. Great photo spot. It's pretty safe but lock your car. There are lifeguards, a slight rip current, and they had man of war warnings up.
- Adam StallmanMay 18, 2017Another fantastic beach on the windward side of the island. Larger park that is never too crowded. Beautiful blue water and sandy beach, everything that makes Hawaii what it is.
- Lesley CasadyDecember 31, 2013This is the longest and widest stretch of beach on Oahu. At times it can be windy, most often just a nice breeze. This is on the Windward side of Oahu. Best in the morning and early afternoon.
- Gaelle A.September 9, 2014White sand, blue water, great view. Nobody's on the beach, so calm !! Be careful with crab and jellyfish ! Parking & restrooms close to the park.
- Farmer's Market here on Thursday mornings, 7 am until the food is gone or the people stop coming. I show up right on time to quickly make my purchases then grab a sunrise photo. !!!BUY LOCAL!!!
- SamaherJanuary 29, 2015Best beaches in Oahu. White sand, turquoise water and almost empty. Great for taking pix and enjoying the waves
- Charlie PenaflorDecember 27, 2011Park on the corner of Laumilo and Aloiloi. You'll be right in the middle of the beach's splendor and it's steps away from the restroom. Amazing beach! We came here on a weekday and saw no one for 1hr!
- Arthur CocoySeptember 25, 2013Love the blue to green color of the seas and white sandy beach. Beautiful setting, not very crowded. This is a perfect postcard shot!
- Chris RaghoobarNovember 23, 2015Beautiful beach. White sand, blue water, nice breeze. Few beaches are as perfect as this.
- Josh WDecember 31, 2013Extremely fine sand, plentiful parking, swimmable waters, and minimal crowds. Well worth the trek from Waikiki.
- If you bring things to the beach remember to leave with it. Especially your trash! Keep our beaches clean....
- Kitty DoyleOctober 29, 2013Easily one of the most beautiful beaches. Ever. Spend the day here with friends and loved ones. Feel the wonders of nature!!
- Chris MeisterApril 30, 2014Go to the beach further north, turn at the McDonald's restaurant. The weather is usually better in the morning.
- Kona winds equal excellent swimming conditions. Trade winds equal Man O'War jellyfish. Careful.
- Chuck SimmonsAugust 9, 2013Make sure you go on the beach further north. There is more space and less branches.
- Great beach, great sand, medium waves, not so crowded, no rocks. I love it.
- Frank EvenFebruary 27, 2014Seeing glass from a busted out window in the parking lot makes one wonder....
- Jessica ChiangApril 22, 2014Watch out for man o' wars and disgusting bathrooms. No toilet paper, flushing toilets or locks in stalls.
