Dit is bedriegerij: één keer gebruik van gemaakt voor € 0,95 maar er is al twee keer 89,00 van mijn creditcard afgeschreven ondertussen. paswoord om in te loggen resetten lukt niet, laat staan dat ik het abonnement kan opzeggen.

Keep away, first this "service" doesn't work and later this fraudsters will misuse your card details to steal from you!
Total scam. Take 0.79 euro after confirming have located your lost phone then no fulfilment and a week later take 79 euro from credit card. Have reported and only wish I had checked before being sucked in.
Eigentlich null Punkte, nur Abzocke. Handynr wurde angeblich um Kassel geortet, aber lag 5 km von der Wohnadresse. Versteckte Kosten, Abo wäre fast abgebucht worden, versteckte Deaktivierung!
Einzig allein ist Gmail/Google der beste Ortungsdienste, da kostenlos! Vorausgesetzt eben, man weiss seine Login Daten noch von Gmail!
alle weiteren Ortungsdienste sind auch Mist, keine genauen /falschen Angaben bzgl der Ortung und sauteuer! Betrug an denjenigen, der es benötigt!!!

2 Monate wurden 49€ von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, obwohl Konto, Zugangsdaten und Anmelde-Email nicht von mir waren. Nach mehrfachen Reklamationen kommt nur eine Email, das man mich im guten Glauben aus dem Vertrag lässt.
Ein desaströses Geschäftsgebahren des Unternehmens! 100€ für nichts gezahlt. Leider kostet der Anwalt das Gleiche, so das keinen hinzugefügten Wert für mich hätte.
Kann vor dem Unternehmen nur warnen!

E' una truffa. Ti fanno pagare 0.95, senza poi darti l'accesso. Dopo poco ti succhiano 49€ al mese, senza che tu abbia la possibilità di contattarli o di uscire dal servizio.

Nur z.B. für Helikoptereltern geeignet, Achtung Abofalle
Der Dienst ist nur geeignet für z.B. Helikoptereltern, die regelmäßig ihre Kleinen überwachen wollen.
Nicht geeignet für ein gestohlenes oder verlorenes Handy, weil zuvor die Zustimmung des Nutzers zur Ortung erfoderlich ist.
Was besonders ärgerlich ist: nach 7 Tagen geht der Dienst direkt in eine Abozahlung für 49,94€ über - für 2 Monate! Leider wird ohne weitere Info über die Kreditkarte abgebucht. Das zuständige Geldinstitut sieht sich ausserstande, das Geld zurückzufordern. Nach einigem Hin und Her hat nur geholfen, auf den (schriftlich oder per Mail) fehlenden individuellen Hinweis auf das Widerspruchsrecht von 7 Tagen zu pochen - englisches Recht. Damit gilt ein Widerrufsrecht von 3 Monaten. Ich würde grundsätzlich sagen: Finger weg!

I have had a geosat.mobi location tracker for a few months now, and I am very pleased with it. I am able to track the location of my phones and tablets, and I have also been able to track the location of my friends and relatives using the app. I have been very impressed with the accuracy of this device. I have also been very impressed with the ease of installation and the ease of use of the app.
Overall, I am very pleased

I used this company to try and find a…
I used this company to try and find a friends lost phone but as he was unable to give permission for access to his phone as it was lost they could not help , l had paid €0.95 and was prepared to right that off.
I had not realised that l had agreed to a seven day trial and then l would be charged €49.95 bimonthly until l saw the money come out off my account .
I emailed the company explaining what had happened and l was very pleasantly surprised to get a quick response saying in good faith they would refund the full amount , which l have now received back
I was thinking that this could have been a scam company but have changed my mind and feel this company is legitimate and honest

Unsubscribe trap
Definitely feels like a scam. System itself didn’t work. Unsubscribe button didn’t work either so I emailed them straightaway and received an automated reply stating they would respond within 2 working days. 5working days later they charged me 49€ - I had been in Spain at the time.
I note that there are a suspiciously large number of 5* reviews on this site, nearly all of which are from reviewers who have only submitted on review. Everything else is a 1*. No doubt after this review, another large number of 5* reviews will appear. Trading standards will be my next step if they do not refund my subscription

You CANNOT locate your lost phone…
You CANNOT locate your lost phone unless someone picks it up and accepts the text message. So if you have lost it somewhere that there is not a good Samaritan then this service simply does not work at all. If I have lost my phone, surely a text to it should tell me even the rough location without further interaction or action from my lost phone. It is also incredibly difficult to cancel despite what the website suggests. Nowhere on the dashboard is there a cancel button. The help page takes you to a 404. However, once you have worked out that the unsubscribe on the main page is the one you are looking for then it works.

Excellent Service and genuine company
Like some other reports about this company I was initially charged £0.95 which I thought was a one off payment and a few days later debited £49.95 for a subscription I didn’t want. As I check my bank account daily I found this payment sitting in the pending file and checked the company out on line.
After reading the “scam” reports on GeoSat I googled them to obtain an email address and sent them an email on Aug 30 asking for the payment to be cancelled or refunded.
On Aug 31 three things happened almost simultaneously.
1/ Payment was debited to my account.
2/ Email from the company said they would refund me and cancel subscription.
3/ Payment was credited to my account leaving zero balance.
Well done GeoSat, excellent service.

Fraud or Scam?
I used their service to locate a lost phone. It was able to find it. I paid for the information. I was taken back to their enter phone number page with the option to pay again. I found their email with login details. I logged in. No search history, only the option to search and pay again. I called their number on their website, invalid. I emailed them, no response. I have reported them to Trading Standards. This is low level fraud.
Update: They attempted to charge my account £49.95 (two days after they failed to do anything) for an account I never signed up for, nor agreed to create. Fortunately I had used a cash card rather than a debit card.

I tried to locate my daughters mobile phone and paid 95p for the service. Didn't work. No information. Nothing.
Then by chance I am being charged £24.95 without any notification of any sort. No confirmation email, no login details to their online service.
This feels like a scam to me.

Helpful customer service
A few days ago my daughter had left the house and was not answering my calls or my messages and I was really panicking, so I tried this service to find out where she is.
Thankfully she was fine she was just throwing one of her tantrums.
She was so surprised when we showed up next to her friends house that she was staying with.
Since then I always keep this website at the tip of my fingers in case something like this happens again.
