I like others reported a faulty hot tub within the 30 days however they refuse to accept this as requiring a refund. They took over a month to respond and only then when I asked for my money back as they have ignored me. They expect me to repair the hot tub that has never worked. I am in touch with a solicitor and I suggest others do the same. SCANDALOUS!

Absolutely appalling. Apathetic on every front. Poor merchandise and sloth like staff. Really bottom of the barrel. No wonder Wave Spas were exposed on BBC 1 consumer programme 'The One Show'.

I've previously bought a hot tub several years ago from them and thought now is the time to update for a newer model
It's brilliant heats up quicker and retains the heat for longer
Set it all up
for Christmas 🎄 when we had a houseful of guests who all enjoyed the time they spent in it
Would definitely recommend
Their prices are very good and accessories can be found at a great bargain

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Sent me a defective hot tub and refused to let me return it. The heating unit will not work so we have an unusable hot tub and we're out $600. Do not purchase from this horrible company.

I already gave them details numerous times and they refuse to help me. What a joke of a company. If they do end up refunding my money I'll update this review but I'm not hopeful.

Quality …

Do not buy!!!

Do not buy!!!! I have been sent a faulty spa. heater is faulty, the bars and frame is faulty and keep popping out and the full roof and top is water logged. We used it once and then couldn’t use it again. Complained as soon as this happened, sent images and such within the first 30 days. They only addressed one of our complaints and not the remainder and now we have a £1500 spa we’ve paid for, not able to use as it isn’t working at all and they are refusing to refund us. I’m unable to fill the unit as it’s faulty yet they won’t do anything about it until we show the faulty codes on the unit again. Complete waste of money and appalling customer service. Save your money and either buy a lazy spa for a fraction of the cost or invest in a REAL hot tub and not this cheap rubbish. Truly terrible product and I wish I hadn’t wasted my money. We are gutted.

Paid £10 for sat delivery

Paid £10 for sat delivery. It didn’t show - half came Monday but went missing as we were at work and half arrived Tuesday.
Tbf email communication was good throughout.
Only bought in winter to take advantage of 5% sale. Will erect in spring and fingers crossed the designers are better than the logistics team 😬

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service from the team at WaveSpas. We ordered our Como Spa & set it up the weekend before Christmas, but unfortunately after filling it up we discovered a leak.1st thing Monday morning I let the customer service team know, & sent a photo of the issue (a crack in the heating unit which was likely damaged in transit). A shiny new heating unit arrived before 9am the next day (which was Christmas Eve!), which meant we had the tub up & running in time for Christmas!

Since then the tub has been running just fine, and is a great product. I was really impressed with the excellent customer service I received from WaveSpas, most notably from Sofia who managed to get us a next day delivery, on Christmas Eve!

My review is similar to the others…

My review is similar to the others unfortunately. Ordered the foam spa which overheated within a week to dangerously hot temperatures. Emailed to let them know as you can't speak to anyone on the phone. Got sent a replacement faulty heater, which doesn't work. Spa lid also fills up with water but they didn't have any left in stock to replace. The colour from the liner has all come off due to how hot the water got. Only been in the hot tub a few times which cost over £1,300. I've asked for a refund due to being faulty but they are now saying its over 30 days despite initial email saying its faulty being sent within 2 weeks. Still currently trying to get my money back. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company!

WAVE is an impressive tub company!

My sincerest appreciation to Sofia and Michael, and for staying with me in great customer communications as we worked thru the order issue, which was ultimately received amazingly still before Xmas. This is my second tub from WAVE and their new models with the integrated heat system is dramatically more efficient in heating and retention, and considerably stronger material. I'm very impressed with this model of tub quality and simplicity to use. Congratulations to WAVE on quality product and super customer service and communications.

5 Star Customer Service!!

We were recently blown away by the wonderful customer service at Wave Spas and in particular Sofia and Michael. We had a problem with our 3 year old spa (which we always put up at for Christmas) and this was addressed with great efficiency and friendly customer service. I can't praise them enough tbh. Thank you Wave Spas and Merry Christmas.

Heater / Pump Keeps Failing - Possibly Dangerously

The new heater/pump failed after 3 months, another new one failed after 2 weeks and a refurbished one didn't work when it arrived. This means that I have only had three months' use out of the last 6 months and it has had other less serious problems. It has caused me enormous stress and unhappiness and even though they said they were going to arrange a refund, they are now refusing to do so. One of the heater/pumps leaked all the exposed electrical wires, the other hot tub overheated dangerously and took 36 hours to cool down below 40C. Anyone could have been injured in either of those, luckily they were not. The staff are not surprised by those problems at all and can give no explanation and no assurances about the safety or reliability of the equipment.

I was given a replacement liner for my…

I was given a replacement liner for my spa as the previous one was faulty as the seams had all come away. However the liner wasnt compatible with my existing set up so is useless. Despite numerous emails the company no longer communicates with me....very disappointed. This was the email I got from you in November...."I have looked into this and can see that the order was cancelled due to lack of stock.

I have passed this over our products team and will provide you with an update as soon as I am able."

You did not get back to me!!
