Awful experience at THE POTTERIES…

Awful experience at THE POTTERIES STORE. My 9yo son purchased a pre owned PS4 slim yesterday. It had the wrong power lead as well as a 3amp fuse instead of a 5amp fuse. Got a suitable power lead only to discover the console still didn't work. We travelled 30 minutes today to return it to store they replaced the console and lead then basically our complaint was not their problem as it had not been tested instore and the fact we wasted half a day returning was not their problem either also the fact we had a very upset child yesterday was unfortunate. Terrible attitude and awful customer service they were really rude.

The two young ladies in the Hanley…

The two young ladies in the Hanley branch bent over backwards to help with all my queries that your automated Internet system had absolutely no answers for. Thank god for the human touch.

Pre-ordered a Playstation Portal

Pre-ordered a playstation portal to pick up at the stoke game store in hanley just days before release and went into game store launch day and picked it up no issues what so ever....did the same with currys 2 weeks before hand and they didnt even bother to get in contact with me days before release and I had to get refund and contacted them twice in 2 weeks to get my refund back...week 3 , Monday morning and still no refund yet....none of this with game store....I'll be getting my pre orders with game store from now on. Thank you so much game🫡

The employee Roger

The employee Roger, I believe its pronounced Rogier (with a French accent), was absolutely fantastic at solving my problems and answering my questions. He is a great credit to the shop and to the GAME brand name. We'll done keep it up.

Helpful lady

When I went into the Stoke-on-Trent store I was looking at the trade in games and I couldn't find the game I wanted. I asked the store lady and she was very helpful and polite she found the game I wanted. Fantastic service.

Fantastic Staff in Stoke on Trent

Game staff are always helpful, friendly and polite whenever I visit my local store they always spend time talking to me about my love of Star Wars and other collectibles and will keep me up to date of new releases.
