Just watched a video on you tube…

Just watched a video on you tube security attacking members of the public while they were videoing the centre ,there was an older member of the team who was quite old ,these guys are security aggressiveness is not right I've done 23 years as a security officer and manager and operations manager for numerous companies and I would sack every member of the team a report of the incident and a copy of the video will be going to s I a for further investigation and I expect license of the people involved to be lost

Service with a smile

Meadowhall Staff were absolutely lovely, girl with half and half hair served us and she was very kind! Every staff member we saw smiled at us and were so welcoming. Whilst there witnessed a customer come in very upset, the lad 'Ethan' handled it brilliantly - never seen someone so calm and professional whilst explaining store policy and protocol. Fantastic workers.

Good customer service

Had a bit of difficulty connecting steering wheel to game, took it all back in and the salesman worked on it, between being busy with customers, for a couple of hours to get it sorted. Very good service.

First time shopping in game, the staff was really friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease about asking questions about different games

I had to take a faulty mobile phone…

I had to take a faulty mobile phone back, Luca, Alex and George were the staff working. They were so helpful, replacing my phone and helping me set it all back up. They were patient and couldnt do enough to help. Amazing staff, friendly and a credit to your company

I went to the meadowhall store today…

I went to the meadowhall store today 27th January at around 4pm. The store manager was rude and didnt even service me properly. I have bought many things previously from game alot of consoles but now i will never shop there again! This is a fact. I bought a game for my kids birthday not realising my husband bought one too. So i popped in store to return it as my son wanted some shoes instead. The store manager was rude and said only credit. I said i only bought it a few days ago and i can see no signs regarding only credit. Before the manager came out the man that serviced me first went to speak to someone in office to see if he can refund under managers discression. My son was crying his eyes out. But no. I will now no longer shop with you and go to symths instead. You need signs up warning people like sports direct do!! YOUR STORE NEEDS MANNER AND LESSONS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Excellent

The girl on the till was friendly and they had the games I wanted in store so well pleased.
