Customer service was excellent as I was shown how to dismantle the electric pepper grinder to replace batteries and given an instruction sheet. I was also advised as to which type of salt to use and why to avoid using table salt. A fulsome service and all with a smile.
The cooker-top ‘Italian’ style coffee maker I bought doesn’t make very much coffee. This is because all the water in the reservoir doesn’t boil off. As a result there is always about one third of the water remaining in the reservoir.
This shop had a great selection of dinner ware, I could hardly make my mind up which to buy. They are seconds of Denby
dinner ware but really good seconds.
I'm very pleased with what I bought, and the staff were lovely.
