Make sure to take a picture of any sale prices you're tempted to take advantage of... the cashiers here have a hard time believing your eyes over the lying register!

If you're like most people these days and have electronically out grown paying the over priced goods at best buy, look at going to Frys or Microcenter. Better prices and better staff.
One the reasons that best buy is not doing too well financially is probably because the poor or lack there of customer service. There needs to be a makeover within their organization.
This store has the worst customer service of any best buy I've ever been to. Employees standing around while service counter and checkout lines backing up. Geek squad employees have major attitude.
FRAUD!! I paid $1000 for TV but "Bad Buy" gave me $700 TV, and refuses to correct the issue. TV is broken and no warranty because receipt doesn't match model number. $1000 loss. Buyer be very aware!
Worst customer service ever. Despite repeatedly asking for someone to help us, received no acknowledgement and finally left the store without buying what we came for.
