Pizza is thin crust and delicious, pastas are consistently good and salads stand up pretty well too. Service and drink list are meh and it can get really loud really fast but the food is worth it

We love coming here with a group of friends and sharing an Insalata Siciliana, a Pizza (or two) with Prosciutto and many bottles of Peroni beer. The pizza is simply perfections.

Pizza was great! Prosciutto was a bit tough to eat bit my boyfriend really enjoyed it. He plain pizza was just how I like it, margharita style. Wait staff wasn't the best, but atmosphere was nice!

Staff was very accommodating to our party of 17. Pasta was great. We had the baked ziti and chicken Alfredo. Get the pizza with sun dried tomatoes!

Patsy's is my vote for best traditional New York pizza, and it isn't even hard to get in. Get the pepperoni and prepare to bliss out.

In 3 recent visits, Patsy's crust has gone cardboard-like; low on flavor. Sauce, skimpier. Will it rebound? Check out Insalata Mista. Skip red wine — Chianti & merlot are misses. (Orig. review 9/2/11)

There's a reason Patsy's has been in NYC since 1933: Flavorful crust and sauce make the pizza above average. Check out Insalata Mista too, but skip the not so hot red wine. Chianti+merlot are misses.

Spinach ravioli with pistachio sauce is ON POINT!!!! Plates are ALWAYS clean after having this dish!
