Horrible, I've been trying to reach them for 3 weeks,
THEY DON'T ANSWER the phone, and they say they'll call you but THEY DON'T CALL you.
I've been emailing them from these mail addresses below, and THEY DON'T EMAIL you back.

I've been to their office at Putney,
very rude clerk didn't let me in.
So how am I supposed to get ANY information from them?
Horrible, yet they ask you money to deal with my visa application when they are not even reachable?
