Excellent service. The lady was very helpful and informative . Explained everything in plain English, which was great as I'm a little hard of hearing..
Very happy with my travel insurance.

Excellent price and service.

I had a problem downloading my policy from my email so I phoned the telephone number and a very helpful girl at their UK based Help Centre offered to send me a paper copy which arrived 2 days later.
Excellent service and an excellent price too !

Travel Insurance

Having been quoted ridiculous high premium prices for a single trip holiday travel insurance with medical conditions and age (86). I was directed to "Travel Insurance Saver" who offered me the same cover including my conditions on two trips, 50% & 75% cheaper.
Will use them again. Highly recogmmended.

Easy to set up and good price

Very easy to set up with very good price. Documents emailed same day. However I have not had to claim anything and hope I do not have to. The real test would be if I had to make a claim. Interesting to hear other people's experiences of the claim process

Travel policies for cruises.

Spoke to Millie to get travel insurance for 2 separate cruise bookings. Only had to answer all the questions once, but had to have 2 separate policies.
All ok except agent had not heard of The Scilly Isles, which is one of the ports of call. Apparently not on her list, so had to refer it to a manager.
Still waiting for documents; had to ask for them by post as previous experience with this insurance supplier has shown they like to send out documents by e-mail but one of them is too large for G Mail to cope with. This time I have specifically asked for postal version to save time.
Otherwise all fine, happy with cost of policies.

I personally spoke to Milly when you called and confirmed that the Scilly Isles are covered by the destination of the UK. She just wanted to check that she had the correct destination as she would not like to sell a policy that would not be suitable.

Milly has also requested that both policies that you have purchased are sent in the post on the 3.1.2025, please allow 3 – 5 working days for them to arrive. If you still do not receive them, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I checked a quote on a comparison site so called up to get more info, Siana (Shana) the customer agent was brilliant. Answered all my questions clearly and in a professional manner.

Glad I found this company on Compare…

Glad I found this company on Compare The Market.
A number of insurers would not cover me for travel insurance because I have a cancer. It doesn’t affect me day to day , I’m perfectly well and mobile and would be unaffected by my holiday. Travel insurance saver took the sensible approach and they won’t regret that because I will be fine and they still get the premium.

Be Warned

Be warned. We bought travel insurance from Travel Insurance Saver underwritten by Rothwell & Towler / Axa.
This horrific ordeal continues. As per usual no response to my previous email sent to AXA 19/12/24 stating they miscalculated the repatriation costs & did not include out of pocket expenses that they said were covered. The email also states payment in 7 days ???? as of today 08/01/24 this has not been paid, absolutely ridiculous.

Good communication

Purchased this insurance for a cruise. It was the most reasonably priced with good reviews.
Fortunately we did not need to claim but we were impressed with the communication reminders.
We had an email a few days before our departure wishing us a good trip and a reminder of how to contact in need while we were away.
Then on our return, another email saying they hoped we had a good trip and another reminder of the claims procedure in case it was needed.
These emails were timely, useful and appreciated.

Happy customer

Nice, chatty lady who very quickly and efficiently set me up with travel insurance.
This was followed up by a chat with another nice lady who cleared up a mistake I had made by giving the wrong dates for our holiday.
Full marks all round!

Efficient and helpful service

I mentioned that an insurance I already had with them was quite high. She spoke to a colleague, realised the answer to one question was wrong and gave me a rebate of £120. Very pleased.

Problems solved efficiently

There was an issue with the information recorded on the original website. i telephoned and the issue was dealt with speedily and efficiently. This was done in a way that did not make me feel foolish - which sometimes happens
