service/identitystore: Revert invalid nullable member API model update (

#1830) Reverts a change to the identitystore module so that MaxResults members of ListGroupMemberShips, ListGroupMembershipsForMembers, ListGroups, and ListUsers are correctly generated as pointer types instead of value types.
