Is it possible to implement another option besides just "RequestAccessEmail" in the provisioning schema?

Some SharePoint Online groups needs specialized custom security whereas external users are invited in each group site.
If the owners of that site does not understand the severity of external users requesting access to files and folders they should not have access to and accepts the request. This is not wanted.

I know that this is a quickfix by doing it manually in the site permission panel.
When there is quite the amount of templates being provisioned, that small amount of manual work could quickly escalate to a lot of unwanted and unneccassary work that could be automated.

My wish is an additional option to add "AllowAccessRequest" (true or false) to the provisioning schema to be implemented in "pnp:WebSettings".
