TICKET OFFICE GENERAL INFORMATION
The Parrish Family Athletics Ticket Office is located at Ed and Rae Schollmaier Arena. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8Â a.m. to 5Â p.m.

Football: There are 3 box offices during TCU home football games. The Schollmaier Arena box office opens 5 hours before kickoff or 8am for games beginning before 1pm. All other gates open 90 minutes before kickoff and will be open through the end of halftime.
- Schollmaier Arena: Will Call pickup & Sales/Service
- Gate 6: Sales/Service and recruit/high school coaches ticket pickup
- Gate 2: Sales/Service and Visiting Team will call
Soccer: Located outside the Garvey-Rosenthal Soccer stadium. Box office will open one hour before kick-off, and stay open through the end of halftime.
Volleyball: Located at the main box office at Schollmaier Arena. Opens 1 hour before first serve, through first serve of the third set.
Men’s & Women’s Basketball: Located at the main box office at Schollmaier Arena. Opens 1 hour before tip-off, through the end of halftime.
Baseball: Located at Charlie and Marie Lupton Stadium. Opens 1 hour before first pitch, and closes 2 hours after first pitch, or the start of the 7th inning, whichever comes first.
- Age requirement: everyone 3 and older must have a ticket for all venues. For premium areas (suites and clubs), everyone must have a ticket, regardless of age.
- Refunds: No refunds, exchanges or cancelations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time change.
- Payment options: The TCU Athletics Ticket Office accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa for all ticket orders. Checks made payable to TCU Athletics will also be accepted for season ticket orders only. Cash is accepted for walk-up sales at the ticket office. All orders will have a processing fee assessed. Checks will not be taken as form of payment during the event.

- All TCU students are admitted FREE to regular season TCU Athletics competitions. Each student must present a valid TCU student ID card at the designated student entrance.
- If a student forgets/loses their TCU ID, the box office can print a ticket for entry, limit of 1 time per season.
