Mission Statement
To best prepare each student-athlete for the demands of their sport, being a collegiate athlete, and
developing into a successful young adult. By using principle means of Strength & Conditioning, we will mold
student-athletes physically and mentally to maximize their potential.

Program Goals
• To design, teach, and implement strength, power, agility, mobility, and conditioning programs to
simultaneously reduce likelihood of injuries and maximize athletic potential.
• To prescribe exercises and protocols to maintain proper muscular balances and movement patterns.
• To instruct and teach student-athletes how to execute resistance training methods correctly.
• To utilize resources to obtain the appropriate body composition for individual demands.
• To educate student-athletes about proper recovery – sleep, nutrition, habits, etc.
• To educate student-athletes on the abuse, risks, and effects of performance-enhancing substances.
