Description
The workshop is an event provided for in the CrossWater+ project funded by the Interreg IPA South Adriatic program. The project partners are Acquedotto Pugliese (Italian lead partner), the Tirana Water and Sewerage Utility UKT (Albania) and the Regional Waterworks for Montenegrin Coast (Montenegro).
The goal of the workshop is to share knowledge and experience in managing water infrastructure to make it more efficient and resilient, in order to face the climate change.
The workshop will be held in Bari, in the historical building of Acquedotto Pugliese. During the workshop, technicians, policy-makers, and experts of three countries will discuss how to reduce losses by applying digital technologies to create "smart grids", by regulating pressure and by carrying out investments for replacing old infrastructures.
Promotional material of the event will be prepared and published on the web and social media, following the rules of both the program Interreg IPA South Adriatic and the Green Week.
