When I try to play a downloaded video, it downloads the video again
This can happen when your downloaded
video has expired. You will need to download the video again.
As a registered user with a subscription
plan, downloads have a validity period of 48 hours, post which the download
will expire.
If you have a subscription plan,
downloads have a validity period of 1 month or the Subscription end date,
whichever is earlier, post which the download will expire.
