How do I pay my credit card?

Paying off your ANZ credit card is easy - just choose the option that suits you:
  • Transfer funds: You can easily transfer funds to your ANZ credit card from your ANZ accounts through ANZ goMoney, Internet Banking and Phone Banking. Simply choose the ‘transfer funds’ option and select today’s date where applicable, to complete the transfer immediately. Find out how to transfer funds between your accounts
  • Direct debit: You can make regular repayments to your ANZ credit card by setting up a payment that will automatically be debited from your nominated account. You can do this by calling us on 0800 658 044.
You can choose from three payment options:
  1. The minimum amount due
  2. A fixed amount of your choice
  3. The full amount outstanding.
  • Bill payments: Can be made through ANZ goMoney, Internet Banking and Phone Banking and are great if you want to pay variable amounts at different times. Find out how to make a payment. Note that bill payments can take two working days to appear on your credit card account.
  • Automatic payment: You can make regular payments to your ANZ credit card by setting up an automatic payment through ANZ goMoney, Internet Banking, or by calling us on 0800 658 044. Find out how to set up an automatic payment. Note that automatic payments can take two working days to appear on your credit card account.
  • At ANZ ATMs: Use your ANZ credit card at any ANZ ATM to easily transfer funds from your ANZ account to your credit card (provided you have other ANZ accounts loaded on your ANZ credit card). Alternatively, you can deposit cash using the deposit option at Smart ATMs directly to your ANZ credit card. You will need to ensure the transaction is completed before 7:30pm on the payment due date.
  • In person: Visit any ANZ branch.
  • By calling us: Call 0800 658 044 (Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am - 5pm).
  • Paying from an account at another bank: ANZ credit cards are listed as a registered company in most banks' payment initiation process (biller lists). You will be able to search ‘ANZ Credit Cards’ or similar in your other bank’s online banking and the account number should already be there – all you need to do is fill in your details for reference.
  • Account Name: ANZ Credit Cards (should be available in your bank’s biller list).
  • Account Number: 06-0986-0000022-00 (should appear automatically when ‘ANZ Credit Cards’ is selected).
  • You will need to add the below details in the payment details:
Particulars: Surname and Initials (e.g. Smith J K)
Code: First 8 digits of credit card number
Reference: Last 8 digits of credit card number

We advise that if you’re using a bill payment or automatic payment service from another bank, you need to make the payment at least two working days before the payment due date on your ANZ credit card.
