Reach out to the delivery person directly to coordinate a return to the restaurant. You can reach out to the delivery person in the Order history section of the Uber Eats Orders by selecting the clock icon on your screen.
Order history includes a list of all past orders and the phone numbers of delivery people currently on the way to your customers.
If you can’t reach the delivery person directly, contact Uber support through the link below. We will contact the customer directly and let them know to expect a delay due to the mix up.
