A few things to note before contacting us:
- If your package hasn't been delivered yet, you can call or message the driver in the app.
- Delivery people are free to cancel your request for any reason, including, for example, if your package was too heavy, too large for their vehicle, not packaged securely, or contained a prohibited item.
- If the person receiving the package wasn't available, your delivery person may try to contact you in the app to resolve the issue or coordinate a return. You'll be responsible for costs associated with returning the package to you if necessary
- Please note that canceled trips and return of packages may incur cancellation fees and/or return to sender fare
If your package was damaged during the delivery and you would like to seek a refund of the delivery cost, you may request for review by going to the link below. Please note that Uber does not maintain insurance for packages.
