AllenDesember 5, 2009Go to Los Cuates, a little undiscovered gem of a Tex-Mex-style restaurant. Order mixed fajitas. Ask for a side of their clarified butter-garlic sauce and some extra tortillas. Thank me later.

Ask for corn or flour tortillas with the white queso, the best!
