Fantastic Company and people. From the first call to the showrooms to day they finished refurbishment of Main Bathroom, Gerald was a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful, fantastic advice and brilliant quality products provided. Gerald and John were the cleanest tradesmen, you would never know when they left that there was anybody working there (except for the Fantastic new Bathroom) Ritchie did a fantastic job of the tiling. Would highly recommend the Company. Cannot praise them enough

Gary in the shop was helpful during the initial assessment & when finalizing pieces in the shop. However, there were mix ups on site with holes being drilled in the wrong places & not being filled in again. The work took longer than expected due to items not being delivered with poor communication on when they would arrive. We didn't have a bathroom sink for 2 weeks. The bathroom is nice but were disappointed with the overall customer experience.

We have been dealing with Tubs & Tiles in Tralee for the past few months with the installation of our new bathroom and we couldn’t be happier with the products and service we received. The showroom is really well organised, making it easy to find inspiration. We are delighted with the quality of the products we purchased. Each item we bought is perfect and has really transformed our space. A huge part of our positive experience was thanks to Jacqui, the manager. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping us create our perfect space. Jacqui’s guidance on materials, design, and functionality made a world of difference in our planning process. She answered all of our questions with patience and gave us practical insights that we hadn’t considered before.
