This business gets Customer Service. I bought a laptop and instead of it being posted, I asked if I could collect in shop. Absolutely not a problem. Receipt for the deposit was sent within minutes, clear communication all the way through the item coming into stock and the final invoice received very quickly afterward. Centrally located in Mullingar, it is easy to see why it is one of the most trusted shops in town and a "go to" for anything computer related.

Very quick to get an appointment, my battery was fixed in just a couple of hours. Adam, who works in the front desk was a pleasure to deal with, and explained the process perfectly.

STAY CLEAR. While there is terrible customer service here, it isn’t the worst issue in this company, This group of scammers will try rob you. While repairing phones etc. they take out genuine parts and put in fake Chinese ones instead which lead to more problems down the line. BETTER SERVICE FROM PHONE REPAIR SHOP ACROSS FROM ASHLEAF INSTEAD! Stay well away from this funtech

Extremely quick, efficient, professional. Got a turnaround in 40 minutes, compared to the usual half day, so was spared the inconvenience of being without phone. Went at midday hours on a Wednesday. Affordable aswell. Would 100% recommend and will 100% be using in the future

Terrible customer service from Dell. I had an issue with my PC and spent weeks chatting to different customer service agents but with no resolution. No accountability, no clear answers, and zero urgency to help. Buyer beware – if you need support, don’t expect any from Dell. Finally, I’m sure they are incorrect regarding advice around customer rights.
