Today is the third day that they didn't show up, call centre are a joke, when I called today a girl with a strong Dublin accent let on that my eir code was not on the system so I couldn't complain. I hung up and called again and a different girl answered and could find my details straight away. My new appointment will be the 4th time we need to take a day off work. I've asked for managers to give me a call back but they never do. I think it's time we all start complaining to NBI, if they might lose there contract that might get them to start caring for there customers. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

I recently had my PV solar system installed by NCE, and I couldn't be happier. Great company to deal with. Very competitive price and excellent customer service. The company was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. Within a week of my deposit I was given dates to choose from for the installation. The electricians and roofers arrived as scheduled and works were exceptional. Ivan explained in detail all the installation and each step of the app. Choosing NCE was a great decision and would highly recommend for anyone interested in having solar PV panels installed.

I ordered A BER survey. They charged me in advance. They told me it would be some time "mid next week". Did not happen. Then they told me "sorry, it's festive period, we will have you called tomorrow". Got not called for weeks. Got BER survey cheaper and faster elswhere on December 29th, so festive period is a myth. Cancelled order. To this day struggling to have it refunded. This bunch operates several companies in UK and Ireland. Steer clear from Thomas John Harrington, their founder.

This is an incredible product. I couldn’t believe what it could do regarding protecting my home from a potential fire. It’s a fear I have always had and thanks to Glenn and the team I’m at peace of mind. The lads where really fast. There was no mess or cables involved in the process which was my main concern. Really happy with their service. Thanks guys

Was talking today about who had the nicest staff and Wesco came up so thought I'd leave a deserved good review. Staff are bang on, even simple problems like new light bulbs blowing, they just replace them and don't make you stand on your head.
