The wife received a voucher from our son for Mother’s Day. Followed the instructions to register with the activation number and obtain the unique voucher number. This all went fine. Chose a venue for a lunch but then found out it was only available to use in the evening, as it would be a 100 mile round trip decided we did not want to do this. Contacted Activity Superstore who advised me what to do to choose alternative. Chose alternative venue for an afternoon tea and all seemed well until I received an email from Activity Superstore who advised me that my chosen venue would be closing for business before my chosen date and that I should choose an alternative. Chose an alternative venue for afternoon tea and was advised that I needed to book direct. Rang the venue to be advised that they did not recognise the voucher code and that I should contact Activity Superstore. Contacted Activity Superstore who said they would sort it out. Did not hear anything for a couple of weeks so rang the venue again who confirmed that no one had been in contact with them. I again contacted Activity Superstore who asked me to let them have suitable dates and they would sort it out for me. After almost 2 months no further response from Activity Superstore despite several chasing emails to which one only receives an auto response advising that they respond within 2 days. Unfortunately you cannot ring them and purely reliant on whether they decide to respond to an email. If you get an email response from either a Katie, Jaz, May or Millie don’t believe anything they tell you as it will be pure fiction. Happy to take the money but not provide the gift.

Had a meal at the Braintree Picture Palace. Had a 12” Shawarma chicken prepared from Jaymi which was delicious. Packed full of flavour and had a hell of a kick which went down a treat. Also the hot waitress Darcey served me and greeted me with a positive attitude and a fantastic smile. Credit where credits due the girls are doing good things there 👍🏻 definitely be back again

Well don’t get me started there was a hole in my burrito and some white sticky substance on my bowl and the prices are way to big and the lady who served me smelt disgusting

Came in for my 50th birthday to Covent Garden…. I’m a big believer in leaving reviews either way …. We were served by a young. Gentleman by the name of mars who showed exactly how friendly but brilliant service is done!!! Well done my man…. Felt wanted and left so happy… thanks you Mars!!

3 Adults and we all had burger and chips. We unanimously agreed that it was the best burger and chips we've had in Galway.

### Disappointing Experience at Gordon’s Bar & Grill We today visited Gordon’s Bar & Grill for our Christmas lunch, and I have to say, it was one a disappointing dining experiences I've had in a long time. **Service**: They delayed bringing our starters and one of our family members got it after we all finished our starters. **Food**: We were very hopeful for the food, but it was average for Gordon’s standard (we paid 250 pounds/ person). **Conclusion**: Unfortunately, our visit to Gordon’s Bar & Grill was a bit of a letdown. Between the inattentive service, average food, I can't recommend this place for Christmas. There are far better options out there, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. Save your time and money for a restaurant that values its customers and the quality of their experience!
