Bought golf balls from Golfballs.ie a couple if moths ago and there were some issues with customs on the package. After a very lengthy time speaking back and forth with customs, Simon from Golfballs.ie decided it would be better to refund me the amount paid for the customs charge. Simon was very communicative during the whole process and was very helpful to resolve the issue.

Smartgolfsystems provided our Seniors Golf Alliance with a very efficient tool to manage our affairs during the past year. There was a seamless transfer of information to the system and created a very clear and precise way of conducting our affairs. When the banking system was in place, the manner of entering each event was a piece of cake. All details were avaible to each member re. their handicap index, course and playing and having submitted score on phone, duly signed by marker, results of competition was available in short time. All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending this product to any Golf Club wishing to buy same. There is a continual,very efficient after sales service.

Beware - Dean and Alan are fraudsters. They take your money and don’t follow through with the products. I ordered and paid for equipment in May 2024 and despite multiple commitments for installation dates, they never showed up. They have stopped taking my calls and responding to emails.
