My daughter ordered six pizzas including a rice based one for her birthday party and the store cancelled the rice based one 20 minutes before the delivery was due. The only option she was given was to cancel the entire order or get a regular base which meant the gluten intolerant person was left with nothing. This was very disappointing as the order had been placed 24 hours in advance and there was no need to leave it to the last minute to inform her. There was no form of compensation offered and the order was over 30 minutes late arriving. Very poor service! Would avoid this company.

The Local Green Box Cavan: We have been using ClickandCollection.com for over 2 years. Its pre-order capabilites have been the backbone of our business and allows us and our producers to operate to zero waste. In addition, the reduction in my admin duties is momentental! They also offer really helpful, supportive customer service which comes in the human form as Suzanne. Thanks Suzanne and team for been the best.
