Both the quality of the product and also the substance & strategy of the cards are awesome! I love how it helps you quickly analyze core issues and gives you clarity on the next steps you need to take. I also like having the digital format because it makes it even easier to quickly access what I need. I manage a small company and use this weekly.

I had tried setting up an account on line, but for some reason, despite filling in all the relevant bits, the password/email I set up, which the site accepted, didn't work when I tried to re log in. So I called the help desk, no long wait to speak to someone, explained the issue and without further ado and no stress it was sorted out by a very helpful, concise chap called Kyle. He stayed on the line whilst I changed my password & whilst I logged into both Prem 1&2 channels to make sure it was ok. Kyle gets a big 10/10 for me. Great service.

Great High quality prints and great customer service. I purchased a photo book and 3 acrylic prints that turned out amazing. I had an issue with one of the acrylic prints and their customer service was very accommodating and professional with resolving this issue. I corresponded with Senada and she was great.
