At the time of applying for a credit card, it was advertised that an authorised user could be added but during the application process it was advised that a form would issue the card to complete. No form arrived and when I followed up I was advised this option had been discontinued after I was approved but it was not forewarned or advertised anywhere. Blatantly misleading customers and falsely advertising services.

Trying to link my AIB and Revolut accounts to PayPal has been an absolute nightmare. Every time I try to contact an agent, I’m directed to useless options like the ‘Help Center’ (which is no help at all), the ‘Community’ forum, or an AI bot. This service is becoming worse by the day. Customer support is practically non-existent, and adding a bank account feels impossible. PayPal Ireland? You might as well rename it to PayPal Mumbai.

CEO is a (imo) a conman and a criminal. All of the property management companies he is the head of have thousands of 1 star reviews including the company that manages my bundling which they have run into the ground and charge £400 a month for. You only need to take a look at their reviews. They are exploiting leaseholders all over the country.

Atrociously slow customer support for a website that handles currency transactions, there are businesses that rely on it's services to make money, and these people put a NON-EXISTENT spending limit on 'guest users. But for whatever BS reason, have their page set up to make you think you'll get in touch with somebody within the next 12 hours, WRONG. Now I assume they'll give me some LIE about how long it's taken and how they've had an increase of users, ALSO WRONG, DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS REGARDING MONEY, RAN BY AFRICANE SCAMMERS FOR YOUR IDENTITY !

Impossible to cancel a monthly payment because they either need the ID of the payments, available on payments receipts from Liqpay (that I have never received) or the full credit card number, which I refuse to send by email for obvious security reasons. Very unprofessional.
