Charging extra fees to be close to family members after the holiday is booked and deposit paid is a bad idea. It would be more acceptable if they showed these fees up front or simply included such basic customer care in the price of the holiday. Have only had the booking experience and not the holiday so can't comment on that.

Tried to order online during recent storm & system didn't seem to be processing, rang store to be told online order not being accepted due to demand & only in-store service available. Arranged for friend to call in person and collect exactly what I had tried to order online. Long story short my online order did go through and was debited from my bank. On returning to the store later that afternoon I discovered that my friend had been charged a higher price for the same item. When I asked for a refund of higher price I was told rather abruptly read the receipt it clearly states "in light of the emergency caused by storm Eowyn, no returns or refunds would be processed". I questioned the increase on the price charged for burner & was told online process had not been adjusted/updated when the order was received. Very poor taste on behalf of company, totally get prices increase but manner in which this was handled was unacceptable. Felt at vulnerable time people were being exploited.

We had a lovely time at Samsu. It was so wholesome and chilled, an amazing contrast to the busy city life. Waking up surrounded by nature and not being immediately overwhelmed by phone notifications was incredible. The Samsu team have thought of everything. We will be back!!
