Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! From the start they promised me a new Xbox if I joined them. They sent me out a modem. Didn't work for 2 weeks so no Internet. Spent hours on the phone trying to sort it. Sent out another modem. It worked fine. Still no Xbox. Long story short they didn't have any... False advertising. After hours more on the phone they eventually gave me 300€ instead. Their internet is poor and they cut it off if you miss a bill. I only found out there they have been way over charging me. Il contact them Monday to leave. Hopefully get a refund( highly unlikely) so I will need to contact a solicitor to avoid myself getting a bad credit rating if they don't refund me. Customer service is diabolical

I wish I could leave a good review but my recent experience with Ding forced me to give a 1 star rating. My friend overseas has sent me top ups without any issues so she wanted to send me a gift card for Christmas through Ding. At first it didn't work but money was still taken from her account. We assumed the delay was due to the holiday season and it would work later on. This did not happen even after a few days. She did not receive a pin or any confirmation that she had requested a gift card in the first place. Contacting Ding through email or their live chat was not helpful and did not resolve anything. What was going to be a wonderful Christmas for me was ruined because not only do I not have my gift cards, my friends money is at risk because of this situation. I am truly disappointed as I had higher expectations considering her previous experience with Ding. Now, I am now looking at other options and I would not recommend Ding because they are unreliable

New messenger app sucks. Windows desktop app was superior. Now it runs off a browser and requires you to keep the app open instead of having it minimised in the background.

Never had an issue. I'm reading reviews of all Irish pay as you go deals and decided to read gomo reviews to compare. I have been using gomo for about 5 years and never had a problem. I wonder do only people who have had difficulty write poor reviews for this and other mobile phone providers

Very poor service, mostly no information from customer service and technicians. Supposedly we should get our internet back yesterday around 2pm(Christmas eve), still no internet, and you can’t call them because they not working. We are left without internet for whole Christmas, cannot contact nobody, can’t watch nothing on tv or internet, can’t listen to music and no movies for kids. Very bad, probably this is why people are leaving them. Need to call comreg to sort it out.

The man that came out and installed my wifi, was very helpful and went through how to use, if anything with wrong, tested network in all rooms in my house and outside my house.. he didn't leave until I knew everything was working perfect and I was happy. Would highly recommend and especially for the older generation he was extremely experienced and helpful in dealing with any questions I had to ask. Thank you.
