Had a vile man driving one of these Marlowe Security vans pull the wan*er sign and put his middle finger up at me this evening, quite literally, because he couldn't get into a car parking spot that he thought I was obstructing (I wasn't). Completely unagravated aggression, poor driving skills and extremely poor representation of the business and human decency. I will be firmly recommending people to never use this company on this basis alone. Who wants this type of person coming into there home?

Paid him 800 to paint kitchen and fix a stain in ceiling. Never fixed the stain, called him back blamed it on a leaky roof. No it's new roof. Would not come back and stand by his work. Feel like he took advantage of us. Iam considering to sue him. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMEND THIS MAN

Adrian and Cristian are brilliant. My home went from a BER of F to B2 and it's been transformed. Their communication is great and I couldn't have asked for better aftercare and support. Would highly recommend.

We have been having all the same problems. My advice is to contact Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council Housing standards department they employ Inspex and need to be made aware of how Inspex are behaving. There needs to be a Policy Document on how inspections should be carried out. Can tenants belongings be photographed without their permission? Who is decided the interpretation of the housing standards. There needs to be uniformity in how these are interpreted.

Had the lads out power washing the house, back yard, gutters this week. Absolutely fantastic job done. The lads couldn't be nicer and great at what they do. Very reasonable pricing as well. Would definitely recommend power washing ireland.

Endangering the lives of our school children by your business vans parking illegally and thoughtlessly outside St. Louis infant and senior school and Safari childcare crèche. Service manager John J & operations manager Alison McD were contacted but couldn’t muster an apology between them. Or assure parents this wouldn’t be ongoing. Our Children have a right to safe access to their schools, not having to get out by themselves on the roads because parents were in a traffic jam ybecause your fleet took over the entire Williams park road. Some illegally parked. Emergency services were delayed on Rathmines Rd lower due to the back log of parent cars stuck in the one way system. Shame on you and your entire fleet that parked all over road this morning. If you intend to continue to work on the apartment block on that road then please use the underground car park provided in that building. That would be very much appreciated by all the parents in the area.
