My son aged 8 yrs has been attending lessons with Splash Swim in Galway for the last 2-3 years and I am very happy with the lessons. The classes are very small so he gets lots of time and there has been lots of times he has ended up being the only kid there due to the others being on hols/ ill so he had the class all to himself which was a real bonus! Brid and Gwen have been very helpful and have moved him up a class when he was progressing well so he has chopped and changed a bit sand so has had lots of different teachers. I have been so impressed with all the teachers, they are so kind and patient and excellent with kids. My son loves swimming and now his little sister (almost 5 yrs) has started and she loves it too. I can see she has grown in confidence in just a few short months. I have recommended Splash Swim to all my "Moms" groups already and would definitely recommend them to a wider audience.

I tried returning a faulty product (gloves that started disintegrating after 2 weeks) to the Arnotts shop but was directed back to the branch I purchased it in (Carrickmines). What's the point of having branches if they cannot deal with your customer base? Avoid

Ordered product and never received it. There is no way of contacting this company. Their contact email address bounces back. I don't have a Instagram account but asked my friend to reach out to them with my order details and he received no response. Terrible customer service!

Well done Ben and Swim Camp Dublin. 4 week session in Castlepark pool really helped to improve my stroke, breathing and stamina. Ben was patient, encouraging and technically very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Thanks. Angela and Faye

I ordered a Mullingar Jets Tee and shorts. I got a confirmation email and I was glad. 2 weeks past by and I still haven’t got it. I tried calling, but one number “did not exist” and the other one was unavailable even though I called during the “open hours”. I texted the second one on WhatsApp. John was rude as he read it but never responded. Three months later I received my order. Turns out the website only opened “Windows” every so often so next time I’ll order, I’ll order it then. I’m glad that I received my order though.
