There is something very odd about this company. They use a Belgium bank account and take about two weeks longer than the other tax rebate companies. There commission is also exceptional high my refund was €3500.00 and they took over a €1000.00 I calculate that as 25% plus vat. I have complained and removed them from my MyGov.

They helped me to create my new company withintwo weeks! Quick answers, clear instructions and a dashboard that helps to followup. The professional service they provided during the company formation convinced me to sign up for their accounting service as well - still new user and as I understand they continously develop the accounting services, but the basic things are very convincing and for small companies nothing more is needed. Anyway, they don't offer complex things, but if you don't know how to open company or simply don't want to lost in the administration of registrations then I can recommend them.

I found Richard from this page. He was super efficient in preparing a document for me regarding some tax planning options. Great phone manner. Speedy email replies. They did a tax return fir me, but charged me way more than 7%. After they requesting my bank details I responded asking them why they are charging so much and kindly asked for an explanation (on Messenger and email) - no response, just went ahead and transferred the money to my account. Bad feedback is for charging more than promised and not being clear and transparent. Be warned, their Terms and conditions say that they may charge more where there is more work needed. In my case it took longer from revenues side and as I told them, waiting for revenue does not justify charging me almost double. I do not recommend!!
