Ordered ten packs of pre-filled pods and got the wrong product. Replied to my original email to "assure" me that these were the same product before going on to say in the same email that what I ordered was discontinued and the manufacturer had recommended using these instead. If that wasn't laughable enough I was then unable to reply to this message - I tried several times and got a notification that my message was blocked. Any alternate attempts to communicate were ignored. Clearly some scumbag trying to play at being a businessman.

I've ordered from these guys 3 times. I always get exactly what I want, within 3 days. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Possibly the worst Customer Service I've ever experienced. Shipped a faulty device (which I reported to them within an hour of receipt). Made excuses, tried to delay me (send photos etc.) then refused to either (a.) Replace the faulty goods or (b) offer a refund. AT YOUR OWN RISK

He's changed to chinese or Japanese and claims he knows nothing about the shipping charges yet the shippers threaten to call the police if I dobt pay 500 usd. Pathetic and laughable... A complete scam and a total scumbag
