Helpful staff when purchasing the floor. They recommended an out sourced fitter, who came and measured every where, we told him exactly where we needed the floor, upstairs and downstairs. He went on hols so another guy came and fit the floor. He was a nightmare, he didn't finish the job and made me feel so stupid and it was basically our fault that he didn't finish it. We had to pay someone else to finish part of it, it's still not completely finished. I contacted the company to explain my problem and was told that it really had nothing to do with them. Fast forward a few months and I received an email asking for a review, so I explained that the review wouldn't be good as my floor was finished, I heard nothing back from them. I wouldn't recommend this company..... Above review was from november. They contacted me within an hour of posting it, promising me they would rectify the problem. 2 weeks later a guy came and had a look saying its a quick fix, and he would be back within 2 weeks. Surprise surprise nobody has been in contact. I again emailed at the start of this week and promised I was at the top of the list, nothing!!!! I didn't want a refund, all i wanted was for the floor to be fixed. Stay away from this company
