Scam product. Holding back promising "offers" like AI product video generation as a "pro"-feature. Tried it, got charged for every plan change AGAIN, and discovered the generated outcomes are utterly useless. Total crap product.
PS. At least I got a refund of all three payments. But still, I dont get this "company". Should be banned.

They are charging money for Professional edition, hundreds of dollars per month, when the trial ends. I have not chosen it and straight it took money. Impossible to reach their customer support. Also, they charged me also for downgrade, so another payment was processed and the previous payment/subscription was not visible in the user profile. It is scam and they should be investigated for such practices.

I signed up for their free trial but they didn't send me any noticed about it's ending and just keep charging me! And it's not even their basic plan! They charged me their professional plan for $339 USD a month! I didn't use it after the trial period and they never give me any noticed. And they also have other hidden fees too! I tried their competitor tracker, but they have extra fees for set up AND monthly fee for that item too! And the worst thing is, in the report, the part where they should show what's your competitor most successful ads are all blank. It's totally useless!

Incredibly disappointed with this team/company and product. I was billed for months on end with ZERO notifications about ever being billed. Never once signed up or agreed to anything of any sort. ZERO Login activity as well. their team refuses to help and refuses to refund me money that i never agreed on. in canada, this is fraud. i will be taking further action on this company.

Terrible customer service. They clearly need more employees to assist customers, but it seems they鈥檙e cutting costs instead. If you use this service, expect long wait times with little to no assistance. They claim a representative will help you within a minute, but that鈥檚 simply not true.

I am freaking out. I signed up for a 7-day free trial, thinking it was just that 鈥� a trial. I never agreed to any extensive program or yearly plan. However, I was charged 鈧�2.42 on 28/02/2025 for a one-year subscription I NEVER signed up for and had no idea about. The emails regarding my trial ending ended up in my spam folder, so I was completely unaware of this until it was too late. As a student, I am already struggling financially, and this 鈧�0 charge has put me in a very difficult position. I am now in debt, and I cannot afford this expense.
I have not even used the app yet, and I can't access the website properly either 鈥� all I see is a blank pink page, making it impossible to even check my subscription details (and I can use the 400e I without y consent payed). This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating.
I never agreed to any extensive plan, and I am demanding a full refund and an immediate cancellation of this unwanted subscription. I hope this can be resolved quickly, I would be really grateful if this can be cancelled and refunded
