The warehouse sent me the incorrect size and now they are sold out…after purchasing 7 pair thus far I’m not going to be able to get the blue pair I was so looking forward too…they said pick out another pair well they are sold out of my size!!!!…plus no RTV (return) issued yet!!!!

I love their product, craftsmanship is superb, the only thing I would like them to improve is the return department, about a month ago, I order by mistake wrong size golf shoes, I’ve sent a couple of emails asking for information or a return label, no one responded so I really wanted the shoes so I ended up reordering a new pair before they sold out.

Beautiful, distinctive golf shoes. Very comfortable. I was a little hesitant re sizing as I am in 7.5 in most golf shoes. I decided to trust recommendation to go up to next size and it worked out. May not have risked it if the shoes weren't on sale.

Purchased the Smith golf shoe. They look great with long or short pants. MOST importantly, they are extremely comfortable. I’m 66, so feet at that age need extra care — and the Smiths are perfect.
