So happy with my new kitchen chairs! I had a reto table about 80 years old and they look amazing with it. Customer service was excellent, the chairs are sturdy and well made. I highly recommend American Chair Co.

I am very pleased with my purchase. It was delivered within two weeks of me placing my order. The stool looks wonderful and is a very good quality item. I reached out to the company in between my order placement and receiving my order and they respond immediately and were very nice!
The personal service was excellent! We love of chairs, they are top quality, and our special requests were met with a no problem kind of attitude. I would definitely recommend American Chairs, it's money well spent!
The cushions came fine in good condition, but I was disappointed at the amount of shipping cost. I felt it was too much for the weight and size of the box, as it was only 2 cushions.
I am happy to pay for the special craftsmanship and the care, but the shipping was a concern. Upon review, I was credited a portion of the shipping cost. They quickly looked at my situation, and refunded me immediately. That is good customer service!
One final note, if you are buying replacement parts, there should be some instructions that come along or a link to a how to. If you are buying these years later to replace, then you’re going to forget how to put them on.
Overall, I would look to this company first before I went anywhere else. They have always been quick to reply and very professional and personable.

Prior to ordering four chairs, we twice requested fabric samples via the American Chair web site. In both instances the requests were acknowledged promptly and the samples arrived in a few days. Our chairs arrived nicely packaged and in great shape. We were impressed with the quality of the fabric and the frames, the chairs look great and feel substantial. I ordered a dining booth from American Chairs and I am a happy customer. The colors on their website are what you get in your diner chairs and booth. That was a concern. It was shipped and arrived undamaged which was another concern. I highly recommend them.

Buying from American Chairs was a great experience. They have a vast collection of items to choose from. We chose the rectangular dining room table and it completed our breakfast nook perfectly! Had bought a knock off retro style table and chairs off of AMAZON- (What a disappointment) put table together and never brought it into the house- gave to carpenters working behind my house and they used it as a disposable saw horse and threw it away after done working;
Ordered the table from American Chairs and was impressed with the old time quality- infact even better than an original my mother in law has
Was so impressed I then ordered 4 chairs and they were so much better than the AMAZON ones I trashed them too
wish I had gotten the whole works from American Chairs in the first place -I usually don't do these surveys but so pleased with the table and chair set form American Chairs I was happy to do this one
Definately a good as you can get product
and thanks for the ultra great table and chairs-was a little costly but feel I definately got more than what I paid for in beauty and QUALITY

The order process was easy, and I would recommend to request samples.
Even though that delays the process a bit, it is important to make sure that you have chosen the right colors and finishes. Advice was only a phone call away, and everything was delivered as promised.
