So happy with my new kitchen chairs! I had a reto table about 80 years old and they look amazing with it. Customer service was excellent, the chairs are sturdy and well made. I highly recommend American Chair Co.

I am very pleased with my purchase. It was delivered within two weeks of me placing my order. The stool looks wonderful and is a very good quality item. I reached out to the company in between my order placement and receiving my order and they respond immediately and were very nice!
The personal service was excellent! We love of chairs, they are top quality, and our special requests were met with a no problem kind of attitude. I would definitely recommend American Chairs, it's money well spent!
The cushions came fine in good condition, but I was disappointed at the amount of shipping cost. I felt it was too much for the weight and size of the box, as it was only 2 cushions.
I am happy to pay for the special craftsmanship and the care, but the shipping was a concern. Upon review, I was credited a portion of the shipping cost. They quickly looked at my situation, and refunded me immediately. That is good customer service!
One final note, if you are buying replacement parts, there should be some instructions that come along or a link to a how to. If you are buying these years later to replace, then you’re going to forget how to put them on.
Overall, I would look to this company first before I went anywhere else. They have always been quick to reply and very professional and personable.

I ordered 3 bar stools and a table with 4 chairs all with the 50's theme. I couldn't decide on the color and asked for some sample swatches which they promptly sent me.
All the items were sent in the time frame agreed on and just as I ordered. They are beautiful and I never stoip getting compliments on them.

We love our chairs! They are beautiful and fit so well in our 50's kitchen. We searched and searched for these chairs and they are perfect! The quality is way above what either of us remember the original 50's chairs being. The chairs arrived in heavy cardboard boxes, two in each box, and had no damage. They came quickly. Thank you!

The table and chairs are beautiful, as are the bar stools. Stools and chairs are more comfortable than expected. Table very easy to assemble legs. Cannot be more pleased. Customer service is excellent on answering questions of available options not readily apparent on website.

Sometimes you wonder if buying something sight unseen, except for a photo on line, is a smart thing to do? So, I took a chance and purchased one bar stool, I needed three and hoped that I had made the right decision.
I removed it from the box, it arrived fully put together, ready for sittin' on.
It looked wonderful. Yes, yes, I know, it was just a bar stool. But... This was the best looking, most comfortable bar stool I had ever sat on. The seat was wide, with plenty of cushion and the construction was top notch. Solid. I ordered two more.
Now I have three, they are in my Locksmith shop and I receive compliments on them all the time. When the time comes, I will purchase two more for my kitchen counter/bar at home.
Great product. Great workmanship.
