The Indian man was rude over the phone and he just left my 3 boxes down there. Where the other gentlemens normally come and dropped it off in front of my door.
This would make me think twice buy from Arcaplanat again.
The box is overall great, and I really like the design and functionality. However, I am unsatisfied because one part of the box arrived broken. Specifically, the flat black plastic cover on the front section (near the pull handle) was damaged upon delivery. Since I ordered the XL size, the box is too heavy for me to take it to the post office to return and exchange it for a new one. As a result, I decided to keep it, but I am quite unhappy about this issue

I'm very happy with the Dog cage that I received online. But when I went there to do an order they told me they would not help me. II had to do it myself online with that I wasn't happy their workers should be able to help their customers if they have questions with online products I had to get a friend to help me do an online purchase because I'm not really good with online so that was not good but when I went there to pick up my cage I was very happy with it the man that helped me was very kind very helpful he helped me with my other needs I needed from the store so my suggestion would be if a customer comes to you with a help for our online purchase they should take the time to help you was very happy with my cage the only thing was that wasn't happy with the price 193 euros for ridiculous but overall I had no choice I needed it.

My order was heavy, came with a huge box and the courier left it at the reception area and didnt bring it up though we have a very good lift working in full order
